Located in Austin, Texas, Carrabba Conservation has been a highly-regarded leader in conservation and preservation since 1978. Owner and Senior Conservator Cheryl A. Carrabba heads a team of trained professionals offering expansive treatment services for works of art on paper, historical documents, and maps in a well-appointed laboratory.
Clients include state and federal governments, galleries, private collectors, museums, universities, historical societies, and libraries. Out extensive list of clients spans from the Blanton Museum of Art to the Texas State Archives to the National Portrait Gallery in Washington, D.C.
The business structure provides training for the next generation of conservation professionals working to meet the criteria for a graduate school education in conservation.
